ASBESTOS REMOVAL

 

Notts are fully licensed by the HSE (health and Safety Executive) to carry out all types of asbestos removal and disposal. All our work is carried out by our own, in- house, fully-trained and experienced asbestos removal operatives. We employ the services of an external auditor to ensure our work methods are kept to the highest standards of safety and compliance with the relevant laws, (CAR 2006- Control of Asbestos Regulations). We can offer advice and guidance to suit your particular needs. Notts understand that asbestos can, in some cases, be a sensitive issue. We will work with our clients to ensure that any removal or encapsulation work is carried out to their total satisfaction.

 

SURVEYING

With the new regulations came the 'legal duty to manage' the risk from asbestos material within your property. Notts contractors offer a surveying service, our surveyors are suitably qualified (BOHS P402). All surveys are carried out in accordance with MDHS100 (Method for Determination of Hazardous Substances). We specialise in type 3 pre-demolition surveys and offer a removal and disposal service of identified materials. We find clients feel happy to place the entire package in our hands from survey to removal and then demolition. We are also able to provide type 1 and type 2 surveys, along with a management plan if required.
